Role Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role involves creating and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention.

The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and an executor, capable of leading campaigns while keeping an eye on measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  
  
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
  
  
• Content Marketing: Work with content creators to produce valuable, engaging content that aligns with the SoftwareWOW brand. Lead initiatives on blogs, videos, and client success stories.
  
  
• Brand Awareness: Increase brand recognition through both online and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  
  
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop targeted strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term customers. Monitor lead generation KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary.
  
  
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure marketing performance using relevant metrics and create regular reports to track progress. Provide data-driven insights and make recommendations for optimization.
  
  
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance SoftwareWOW’s market presence.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Requirements: 

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in a marketing role, with at least 1 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the tech industry, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred.
  
  
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  
  
• Strategic Vision: Strong ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company growth goals.
  
  
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, tracking key performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
  
  
• Leadership Abilities: Experience managing and motivating a marketing team to achieve set objectives.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box, innovate, and deliver marketing campaigns that stand out in a competitive space.
